We also accept bank wire transfers.

ROLEX RETURNS
We reserve the right to correct a mechanical or physical issue before a
Rolex purchase will be refunded. Rolex returns will incur a ten percent
return fee. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable. A Rolex
timepiece must be received by Gordon Fine Watches within 5 days of return
authorization approval, or the refund will become invalid. It must be
packed and shipped via DHL, Fedex or UPS. Proper insurance must be
purchased by the buyer at the time of shipping. We do not accept
packages shipped via USPS. The item returned must be in the same
condition shown in the Gordon Fine Watches photos. If any
modifications have been made to the item, refund will be denied.
In addition, authorization for Rolex returns will only be given if the buyer has
contacted Gordon Jewery within three business days of shipping receipt.
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If a buyer wishes to return a Rolex, he or
she must contact Gordon Fine Watches within three business days of receiving
and signing for the Rolex, or the request for return authorization will
be denied.
A ten percent fee will be assessed to orders cancelled after payment has
been made.
ROLEX EXCHANGES
A ten percent fee will be assessed for all Rolex exchanges. Exchanges
are only authorized within three days from the time you have received
your first Rolex. The buyer is also responsible for further shipping and
insurance charges, as well as the difference in price between the
original Rolex and the Rolex requested in the exchange.
Authorization for Rolex exchanges will only be given if the buyer has
contacted Gordon Fine Watches within three business days of shipping
receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. If a buyer wishes to exchange a
Rolex, he or she must contact Gordon Fine Watches within three business days
of receiving and signing for the Rolex, or the request for exchange will
be denied.

SHIPPING YOUR ITEM
We ship within 10 business days of cleared payment via Federal Express
standard overnight or Federal Express two day delivery.
We also pack and ship our items professionally to ensure that you
receive each item intact. Tracking information will be emailed to you
when your item has been shipped. Your signature will be required when
accepting your shipped item(s).

All items can be shipped within the United States.
International
Please feel free to email us for your shipping rates.
All International shipments will be Federal Express for tracking purposes.
**Please note that we do not ship items to PO boxes or to an APO, so
please provide a standard mailing address with your payment.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND INSURANCE COSTS
The combined U. S. shipping, handling and insurance cost for your item
is stated in the shipping section of this listing.

Insurance is required and the first $100 of insurance is free, any
amount over $100 will cost $1.50 per $100 of item value. The insurance
cost is included in the shipping cost. There is no handling fee.
SHIPPING CLAIMS
In the event that a shipping insurance claim must be filed, a refund
will be given only when the shipping claim is completed and all due
monies are paid in full to Gordon Fine Watches.

Can I get a different dial or bezel on my Rolex?
Yes, most of our Rolex watches can be customized to your liking.
How big is this Rolex?
The Ladies’ Rolexes without date display measure 24 mm across the casing.
The Ladies’ Rolexes with date measure a standard 26 mm across the casing.
The Men's Rolexes measure a standard 36 mm across the casing.
What size wrist will the Rolex fit? Can I get it bigger or smaller?
Our standard Ladies Rolex will fit a 6 ½ inch wrist, and our standard Mens Rolex will fit a 7 ½ inch wrist. We can certainly size the band to your specifications. Please email or call us for extra link pricing.
Do you guarantee authenticity?
Your Rolex will come with a stamped and sealed Certificate of Authenticity from our jewelry store. Your Rolex is also 100% Guaranteed and Insured to be authentic by your surety bond issued from BuySafe and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.
When can I expect to receive my Rolex?
Once payment is received in full, you will ship your Rolex watch within 10 business days. Your Rolex will be securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped via FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2 day delivery.
My anniversary is in 5 days, can you get my Rolex here faster than your usual ship time?
Our store policy states that you will receive your Rolex within 10 business days of payment. Often times, we run slightly ahead of schedule. If you have an extenuating circumstance, such as last minute shopping for an anniversary gift please call or email us to arrange a possible faster shipout.
Do you have some kind of payment plan or financing?
Yes, we do have a payment plan. You make a non-refundable down payment of 20% at the time of purchase. You then have 90 days to pay the balance, in the increments of your choice. Once your balance has been paid in full, you will receive your Rolex within 10 business days via FedEx overnight or FedEx 2nd day delivery.
How can I pay for my Rolex?

What does “after market” mean?
The term after market means that items have been added to the Rolex after original Rolex production. Typically, a jeweler specializing in pre-owned Rolexes adds the after market items to the Rolex. High quality after market items increase the value of your timepiece.
Can I purchase an extended mechanical warranty?
Yes, you can purchase a one year extended mechanical warranty for $225.00.
What is the carat weight of the diamonds?
The diamonds on our beautiful watches are VS1 Clarity and F Color; very high quality. They are all set on 18k solid gold. The diamonds on the bezel total approximately 1 carat in weight. The diamonds on the dial total approximately .15 in carat weight. If your watch features the added "string" of diamonds on the dial, the diamonds on the dial and string total approximately .30 in carat weight.
